Summary: Very clean rooms, kind staff. The spa was disappointing, happy to support women run businesses, but it lacked the same service and was held in very large conference rooms lacking warmth with alot of outdoor noise. I think a trip to a proper spa may be better. Elevator was unfortunately not working for most of our stay, but the clean rooms and kind staff made up for this.
