Summary: This hotel deserves a much better rating on Expedia! We just returned from a night and a day in the Provençal Suite. The room and hotel generally are immaculate with all facilities you could want set among pristine gardens. The private plunge pool was a wonderful way to enjoy the view along with the complementary bottle of wine they provided in the room. We ate at the restaurant, which was delicious and breakfast was also excellent will all options you would expect or want. We travelled as a couple and would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone visiting Franshoek. Thank you to the lovely staff who were very welcoming.
