Positive: The place is super well equipped and to a high standard, which makes it super comfortable. Right in front of the surfers area - 10m away from Kalk Bay. Safety in building, safe easy parking. Super confortable and charging - highly recommended.

Negative: The checkout was not a nice experience, at 10am we had a guy ringing the door and the guy was not friendly nor professional - walking into the apartment and pushing us to leave and give him the keys. In any place a 15m or 30m curtesy is always given, but it’s also the way. The person that welcomed us for the checkin (Isaac) was another story - he was super nice and helpful.
