Positive: Beautiful apartment, modern, clean, comfortable, big screen smart TV, some gym equipment, some leisure equipment like beach balls, bats, boogeyboard, etc. Excellent security. Parking on premises.

Negative: Only that the apartment has no sea view, but it is so close to the beach that it really doesn't matter.

Summary: Just go there!
