Positive: Great location in a lovely suburb. Safe walking distance to beach and shops. Clean room with great aircon and bathroom. Host Ashley was very welcoming and helpful.

Negative: Overpriced for room size. Whilst its nice to have microwave, fridge etc, room is too small / no kitchen sink to actually make use of it.
