Summary: This wonderful, private boutique hotel is very well equipped with a hidden oasis of a garden and a swimming pool. The rooms are immaculate and appear to be brand new. The kitchenette and two bedrooms made travelling with 2 kids very easy. You must telephone prior to your arrival as the owner does not live on the premises and you will be locked out. We waited 45 minutes for someone to come to let us in to the hotel. The hotel is situated in a residential suburb right on the beach with fantastic views back to the city. It is about 15 minutes drive from downtown Capetown and you must have a car to get around. There are some great restaurants in the area but we never found a grocery store.
