Summary: 1) No hot water for 2 days , had to inform staff 4 times before I was moved to another room 2) Battery of aircon dis not work , surely this is standard in checking a room before handing it over to a customer 3) Curtain rail did not work and had to be fixed 4) Matress was terrible you either rolled off to one side of the bed or to the other side
