Positive: Location Spacious property that comfortably accommodated our group of eight. Good location and the house has great potential for larger families or groups. The property has good potential and could offer a great stay with improved maintenance and attention to cleanliness.
Negative: Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. We were a group of eight staying for three nights and experienced several issues. On arrival, there were only 46 electricity units available and we had to monitor and request more the following day if it wasnt sufficient. Guests should not have to monitor and arrange basic utilities during their stay. We also encountered problems with the gas supply. The gas had already run out shortly after arrival, requiring us to switch cylinders ourselves. By the morning of checkout, we had no gas again while trying to prepare breakfast. We later learned that one of the gas lines was faulty, but there were no instructions or notices advising guests not to switch between cylinders. The dishwasher did not clean dishes properly despite trying various settings, so we ended up washing dishes by hand throughout the weekend. The air conditioner shown in the listing was also not operational. Cleanliness and maintenance were also below standard, with visibly dirty and dusty bedroom blinds, mould and water damage on the bathroom ceiling, and staining in the shower area. The property accommodated our group comfortably, but basic maintenance, cleanliness and ensuring that essential amenities are fully functional would greatly improve the guest experience.
