This immaculate recently refurbished and re-furnished home is 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from beautiful Big Bay Beach in Blouberg, where you have full uninterrupted full views of Table Mountain and the evening sunset. Blouberg is renowned for watersports, but is equally special for a long walk along the miles of wide beautiful beach Either way, after your exercise why not stop for a meal or a drink at one of the many beachfront establishments.
Alternatively, come and relax and enjoy Cape Town and its multitude of local wineries, or play links golf nearby. Everything is on your doorstep, with Cape Town proper and the Victoria and Albert Waterfront and Airport about 25-30 minute drive away.
The house is in a very secure small up-market estate and has just been modernised and is extremely well presented/equipped.
All 3 bedrooms are en-suite, with Master being bath and double shower and the other two shower. There is a fourth en-suite downstairs which is used as a shower room for the pool. All bedrooms have Air conditioning for cooling and heating. The master is a South African extended length King bed and the other two SA extended length Queens. Premium bed linen and towels are provided.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, including dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, oven, Air Fryer, microwave, kettle and coffee machine.
The house has a heated pool (5x2.5m) and a covered outside seating area with braai/Grill. Pool heating fee of $75 is automatically included in your quote, but can be removed if you do not wish to have the pool heated
The house as an inverter and large battery, supported by solar panels, so you will not have power interruption when the main energy supplier has an outage
Cleaning services can be provided mid-stay upon request and at additional cost.
We are blessed with a significant amount of local facilities. The nearest shopping centre is Seaside Village, which has most things you will need, including a large Checkers supermarket and a chemist. Simply turn right out of the gates and it is 300m on the right.
