Positive: Beautifully finished house, with high end furniture and soft beds. House is comfortable, classy, and luxurious. Zintle, the housekeeper, is possibly the nicest person I have ever met and she was extremely helpful and really looked after us on our stay. We were sad to hear she fell ill.

Negative: Some fixtures need replacing like the kitchen tap that is very loose. The entry and exit process at the Zimbali main gate is tedious, waiting in long queues everytime. You can only use one gate, and that gate is far from the house, the South gate very close by may not be used. Security staff are sometimes rude. The kitchen is gorgeous, with a beautiful high end Smeg oven and stove, but it has very limited cookware and bakeware. Air conditioning on the bottom floor did not work.
