Positive: It’s a beautiful spot in a stunning park! The staff are absolutely amazing, and the game drives are conducted with so much passion, enthusiasm, and respect for nature. We were also thrilled that there was room for our 19-month-old son to join us!

Negative: The dinner follows a strict set menu; unfortunately, the chef is not flexible if there is something you don't like. Additionally, the bar closes at 20:00, which feels way too early for a hotel. To top it off, service was inconsistent as they forgot our morning request for hot milk on multiple occasions.
