Positive: The place was neat,well kept & comfortable

Negative: On the website I requested 5 bedrooms for 5 adults & upon arrival we discovered it was 4 bedrooms & 2 adults had to share which was uncomfortable & embarrassing The website mentioned 2 pools but we only found one pool upon our arrival The iron wasn’t working and we wore creased & unironed clothes for 2 days.we reported it to the cleaning lady on Saturday morning but no replacement or alternative was provided We would have loved driving the cart however there was no key available,this would have enhanced our experience of Zimbali.we had to driving around with our car.thi
