Summary: Our visit formed to a stressful start after Ristine phoned us to tell we were double booked for Lodge 70. However within an hour she had found us alternative accommodation and we had a lovely stay at Pinnacle Point. Ristine was always available and helpful, and when we really appreciated her calmness and ability to sort out the problem. If we visit Pinnacle Point again we will certainly use Ristine for our accommodation
