Positive: It's an 11 ! It was perfect service during our stay. We felt like royals. What a great house with all the comfort anyone can ask. Views across the bush. Great food, drinks after the game drive. The day is organised but it never feels like it. On the game drives we had great guides and we got to see amazing things (a leopard climbing in the tree at night to eat it's prey / we were surrounded by elephants). You really don't mind to get up early in the morning here. You want to enjoy every moment of it. I would really like to thank the staff for the excellent attention all day. The elephant visiting us at dinner is something we will remember

Negative: the number of speed bumps on the way in :-)
