Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The rooms are big and comfortable. The grounds and buildings are immaculate. The lady at reception was very friendly

Negative: I could hear the neighbour's phone conversations and snoring throughout the night. So limited privacy and thin walls. The breakdast dining experience was very bad. 3 x staff members sit at a counter chatting and laughing very loud. They do not replace the cutlery, serviets or salt on the tables. When you sit down at a table and notice something is missing, you need to go and find it at other tables. Dirty serviets on floor is merely stepped over and not picked up by the staff. I had to wait 25 minutes for my breakfast while we were only 3 customers in the dining room. There was absolutely no service in the dining area. Staff is not focused on the customers and most of the time just sitting chatting to each other
