Positive: Garden setting, shops are a fairly short, safe walk away, and the neighbourhood is safe to run/walk around in.

Negative: The kitchen wasn't properly kitted with crockery and pans. The fireplace was tricky to operate. There were noisy things hitting the roof loudly on the windy nights. The lighting is dim.

Summary: Good on a budget.
