Positive: Location, views, proximity to amenities and entertainment and that it was in a gated community/estate. The room was ideal for a romantic couples getaway.

Negative: The stairs made carting luggage a little uncomfortable and for referral purposes... Our parents and older family members would find it uncomfortable if their rooms were on a higher floor.
