Summary: We booked a room with a king-size bed and were given a room with a queen-size bed. The room had a lot of hair on the floor and didn't look very clean. The welcome gift as a gold member was also missing. Various items ran out at breakfast and were no longer available. As the hotel only has two rooms with a king-size bed, the owner (Lesego) promised to refund us the difference in the room price. To date, the amount has not been refunded and we have not received a reply to emails or Whatsapp regarding the outstanding refund. This all points to a very dubious management, which is why we can only advise not to book this hotel.
