Positive: recently stayed at Big Bay Resort and had the most incredible experience. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. A very special thank you to our host, Karen she was an absolute darling. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The resort itself is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located but it was Karen’s dedication and hospitality that made this visit truly special. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Big Bay Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and seamless getaway.
