Positive: I didn't request breakfast but the location is good very close to town.

Negative: Nothing everything was okay the owner goes out of her way to sure your stay is comfortable as possible, even if there is short staffed for the day she's making sure there is someone to welcome the guest.

Summary: It was a home away from home. Value for money.
