Positive: The house is well accommodation for a large family. The house is clean and the host was good with communication.

Negative: The house is old and dated, there are plenty things not in a good condition and need attention. LIKE The luggage rack in one of the rooms is glued The bin lid was detached The toaster is only toasting on 1 side The liquidiser jug is leaking The washing machine was not working on all cycles The garage door handle lock was practically falling out The door handle on the left wing back room was loose Right wing balcony room, the draw with hairdryer was jammed Right wing back room, one of the pedastals are jammed Hand shower downstairs bathroom connection was out The TV remote back cover clip is broken The fence panel was loose and the wind blew it off one night Swinging chairs stained and broken to the point where the lady had to keep them closed fear of someone falling through The gas braai vents are rusted, the gas is coming from some vents full and nothing from others The light fitting on the front yard the fitting was lose A light fitting on the deck was lose Some of the rubbers on the sliding doors were hanging Main bedroom toilet roll holder is lose. Some of the curtains had holes Some of the curtain holders were lose ... screws pulling out from the wall Aircon in the dining was not working Downstairs bedroom one of the pedastals has been mended and the draw is not functioning as a draw On check in, the lady who manages the house is well acquainted with the property however did not request that i check every minute detail is in tact as anything they decide is now broken even though we found it that way is for my account. Including door handles not maintained, bins with lids detatched and luggage racks which would take alot of effort to break. Upon returning home they are now blaming us for these things which are actually wear and tear on their property. Additionally they have CCTV cameras but clearly not using them to monitor the state of their house.
