Positive: The house was ok but our weekend was ruined by power.

Negative: On saturday we had no power, no back up system. We slept in the dark from 15h00 till the following day. There was no water also. We couldn't make and we couldn't shower. We were speaking to different people who couldn't help us. It was very very disappointing. Our food went off. I would like to be compensated some money as day 2 was ruined. We had a baby with us...this was really frustrating
