Positive: Large open spaces.

Negative: Needs a lot of updating. Maintenance badly required. Broken pool beds, bannister. Mould on outdoor furniture. Carpet in main bedroom full of stains. Roof leaked badly in tv room, couldn’t use this room as all. Not enough drinking glasses. Crockery chipped. Dishwasher didn’t work. Tumble drier door kept opening. No stoppers on curtains, fell off every time we opened them. Creature lives in the roof of the cottage making a mess all other floor and double room bed. Bulbs were out in some lights. There are so many more issues that needs addressing to make this a comfortable space.

Summary: Unit needs a lot of love, don’t feel we received value for money.
