THE HOMES
The combined property accommodates up to 18 guests and has 9 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms. The bed setup across both homes includes 7 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, and 2 twin bunk beds with 4 twin mattresses. Each home has a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, a dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, plus its own washer and dryer. Smart TVs are provided for guests to use with their own streaming accounts. Bath essentials, laundry detergent, and pool towels are also provided.
POOL, PLAY & WATERFRONT
Spend a relaxed afternoon by the salt water pool and attached spa, then enjoy a match on the private pickleball court. Your group can also use the basketball hoop on the court, foosball, outdoor table tennis, and Guest House fitness area with a functional trainer, bench, and dumbbells. Gather by the waterfront wood-burning fire pit in the evening or prepare a meal on the electric griddle.
Two kayaks at the shared floating dock are available for guests, with paddles and life jackets provided. Launch from the dock, take in the waterfront setting, and return the kayaks after use. Swimming from the dock is not permitted. Standard bicycles and helmets are available; e-bikes may be rented separately.

Pool and spa hours are 9 a.m.–10 p.m.; pickleball court hours are 9 a.m.–8 p.m.; and quiet hours are 10 p.m.–9 a.m. Pool temperature is managed by the owner, with heating provided as needed. The dock is shared. No pets, parties, or unregistered guests, please. The pool is equipped with a Bcone pool alarm for safety of our guests.
