The extra-long seawall has a covered dock with cleats and bumpers for safe and convenient docking. The dock can accommodate a boat up to 24 feet, or two smaller boats. Please contact host with any questions.
Enjoy fishing right from the dock, where a variety of fish species can be caught. The dock also features a 38-inch covered fish-cleaning station and a freshwater hose for added convenience.
The fenced backyard overlooks the canal and offers a relaxing outdoor dining area with seating for six, along with shade umbrellas. A five-burner gas grill with a side burner is available for grilling, sauteing, or frying
The surrounding canals are ideal for kayaking and paddleboarding. The property is located just 1.6 miles from Riverbreeze Boat Ramp, making it approximately a 10-minute boat ride to the dock through a minimum-wake zone.
From the dock, enjoy direct deep-water access to the Indian River and the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW), with easy access to Ponce Inlet, Disappearing Island, Mosquito Lagoon, waterfront restaurants and countless scenic islands.
